Shipping

We ship via USPS, although other options are available upon request. We have no additional fees for APO shipping. All domestic packages include delivery confirmation. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance, as our hands are tied once we safely deliver your package to the post office. International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote, we will charge you exact shipping. All instock items are shipped within three business days of purchase.

Payment

We accept payment via paypal. If you have a need to use a different payment method, please contact us before purchase. We require payment within one hour of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you need a shipping quote, please pay for first class shipping, and we will work out the details after purchase.

Color

Color is important to us, and we know that it is important to you. We go to great strides to accurately represent the color of our yarn on the internet. All photos are taken under carefully controlled circumstances and are edited on a color-calibrated monitor using professional photo-editing software. However, the colors that you see on your monitor may not be identical to what I see on mine. If you would like some assistance in color calibrating your monitor to assist in this, please feel free to contact me. Also, yes, Toots is orangish in the logo. It's not your monitor, that's how his sister liked him. We call him Oompa-Loompa Toots. :)

Custom Orders

Requests for custom orders are welcome. However, I am a fuil-time law student, a mom, and a Girl Scout leader. If I don't think that I will be able to accommodate your request in a timely manner, I will let you know up front. Please feel free to ask, but I do ask for your understanding if my schedule won't permit it.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, I must be contacted within three days of the package receipt . The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me, unless the product is found to be flawed. Delivery confirmation is required. A paypal refund will be issued once the item has arrived back at my home.

It's a smile! After you're done petting the yarn, take a minute, open up the goodies, and PLAY. Play with your kids, or play alone, but don't forget to giggle.
