We will only be accepting returns if there has been a gross error on our part. You cannot return an item simply because you have buyers remorse or decided you didn't like it. That said if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to work it out. Refunds, when issued, will be for the full purchase price and shipping that you paid originally. Shipping back to us will be on a case to case bases. We will not issue refunds for items that have been washed (with very few exceptions) or if more than 2 weeks have passed since the item was delivered to you. Exchanges are the same rules as refunds.
