Panda Pants AIOs, pockets, fitted diapers and covers are designed to fit a wide range of sizes. No diaper fits every baby perfectly. Diapers, like babies come in different shapes and sizes. Please notice our approximate weight and rise measurements when selecting a size.

Sizes:

Size 1 • Up to 16 pounds • Rise 13.5" - 14.5"

Size 2 • 15 to 29 pounds • Rise 15.5" - 17"

Size 3 • 28+ pounds • Rise 17.5" - 19"

Payment

All payments must be in U.S. funds. We accept both credit card and funded payments through PayPal. If you do not have an account there, it is free (at least for U.S. customers) and easy to open one.

Shipping

We offer free shipping via the USPS with a minimum order of $75.00* (to continental U.S. and APO addresses only). Free shipping does not include insurance. If you would like insurance on your package, you may purchase it through our 'Insurance' product category. Panda Pants is NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

International Shipping - Addresses outside the US will most likely be subject to additional shipping charges, please contact us if you have any questions about those rates. We STRONGLY suggest using USPS for international shipping as the customs rates are less expensive than UPS. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

Diaper Returns

Customer service and satisfaction are a priority at Panda Pants. We guarantee the workmanship of all or our products with a limited 90 day warranty. This warranty covers flaws such as detached snaps, faulty elastic, and other construction related flaws. The warranty does not cover problems that may arise due to misuse or excessive wear and tear.

We understand that babies & toddlers are shaped differently and no matter how well a diaper is sewn, sometimes certain designs just don't fit. We'll cheerfully accept returns or process an exchange on any item within 15 days of shipment as long as it is returned unused (other than being tried on) and unwashed with prior approval. Sorry, we can't accept returns on specially made custom items. "Seconds" are sold AS IS. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. Washing and Care of Your New Cloth Diapers

Laundering methods of cloth diapers are as diverse as the people who use them. You will discover what works best for you with trial and error. Our method is recommended for the diapers we create. It is a simple and basic method. Secure fold-back laundry tabs before laundering to prevent snagging if you've selected Aplix® or Touchtape® closures to prevent snagging. Run a cold soak or pre wash cycle. We like to soak diapers in cold water overnight but it isn't necessary. Wash on hot (at least 130 degrees) with a regular detergent at ¼ strength and a squirt of a degreasing dish detergent (Dawn or Simple Green work well). Use detergents that are free of fragrances and dyes. We recommend All Free and Clear or Tide Free but any regular liquid detergent. Tide, Cheer, Sunlight, Era, or any inexpensive regular store brand detergent works well. Using too much detergent or any natural soap or detergent can cause build up and will make your AIO cloth diapers leak. Dry in a Warm or Hot dryer, or line dry fitted diapers. AIOs, Pockets and Covers with PUL outers should always be dried on high. They will perform better and last longer. It is important to make sure that all cloth diapers are rinsed thoroughly, as any detergent residue will cause them to retain odors.
