Shipping:

Miniature Magic will only offer a replacement for your product if it is damaged or defective due to my error. I am not responsible for items damaged in transit. For this reason, I highly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance. If you would like shipping insurance, you must add it to your cart prior to checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns:

Miniature Magic wants you to be 100% satisfied with the items that you purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within one week of receipt of item and we will discuss accepting the returned product and offering a store credit once the item is received. Items must be received with original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to qualify for store credit, less the cost of shipping. All items must be returned to Miniature Magic in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be reviewed by the owner to determine the status of the items before a refund will be issued. Returns are at the discretion of Miniature Magic. Contact us for a return authorization before shipping any item back to Miniature Magic. We are not responsible for refunding any portion of shipping. Custom orders are not returnable.

Payment:

You may shop and finalize your order with payment online. Items will be held for 24 hours after orders are placed. If your payment has not been received in that time, items will be restocked. Unless other arrangements have been made.
