Please remember the following policies to ensure a smooth transaction! *Please contact me with questions or suggestions for items you would like to see! *If you take an item out of my cart, I will assume you are ready to pay for it within 24 hours. If you do not pay within 24 hours, I will re-list it. I will only hold items under pre-arranged agreements. *Shipping: Shipping will be determined by you when you pay. I usually offer you options. Ready-to-ship items: Please allow up to 2 business days (from when I receive your payment) for me to get your item mailed out. You will receive email notification when it is mailed. Custom items: Please allow up to 2 weeks for the piece to be shipped. That is two weeks from the time we (you and I) confirm your desires for the piece to shipping date. You will receive email notification when it is mailed. *Return policy: As you can imagine, I do not accept custom orders to be returned. If you have any questions, please just ask. I enjoy lots of communication with my custom order gals. If you would like to see a picture of your finished product before I ship, just ask! I will be happy to oblige. For ready to ship items, I will accept returns if the item is unused, unwashed, and then only if I have grossly misrepresented the item. E.g. I have given incorrect measurements, sent the wrong item or something outrageous like that. I will not allow returns for, "the color just isn't quite what I expected", or "I decided I don't need it".
