Policies

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please email us with any questions, concerns, or comments that you have. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. If you do not receive a response within this time, feel free to email us again.

Shipping
Items purchased from instock will ship within 5 business days after cleared payment is received. As of now, the shipping listed is for US addresses. Items will be shipped via First Class Mail to the Paypal address. International orders, please contact us for a shipping quote. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended as once the order enter the postal system, I am no longer responsible for the lost/damaged package.

Payment
We accept Paypal and money orders at this time. For Paypal, payment is expected within 48 hours or the item will be restocked. For money orders, payment is expected within 2 weeks.
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Workmanship
Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days after shipping date against defects. Defects include damaged elastic, broken or disconnected snaps, and corresponding problems.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our aim and we want you to be pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us so that we may work towards a resolution. Please contact us before sending any items in the mail; all items must be approved prior to shipping. Returns will be accepted on unwashed and unused items. Insurance is to be included on returned items. I will only refund the cost of shipping if there is a product defect. Items with workmanship defects will either be repaired, replace, or refunded, at my discretion. Items listed as seconds or irregulars are not returnable unless a defect occurs that was not in the description.

Washing
All fabrics have been pre-washed and dried on hot to minimize any further shrinkage or bleeding. It is suggested to wash your cloth items prior to use. Some fibers may require additional washings before their full absorbency is reached. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as this may damage the materials and decrease absorbency.
Without detergent, machine wash on cool for one cycle. Machine wash for a second cycle on hot and with detergent. May use an additional rinse cycle. If using the dryer, dry on medium.
For items with PUL, machine wash one cycle and dry on hot for one cycle to help mend the tiny holes that form from sewing.
For hand dyed items, please wash seperately for first and second wash. Also, do not allow wet hand dyed diapers to sit on other diapers as it may transfer color. All hand dyed items have been washed until the water runs clear.
