RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Baa-Baby Wool Soakers
Due to the fact that each soaker is custom made to order, we only accept returns within one week of receipt. This applies only to unused and unwashed soakers. In an effort to help you determine whether or not your soaker will fit and be effective for use, I strongly recommend the following:
To test for fit: Try on your new soaker over a clean, dry diaper. Wool does stretch, but should not be baggy over your child's cloth diaper. It should fit securely without being too tight.
If you've tested for both absorbency and fit, and you still feel you need to return your soaker, please email us first. Please note, that each soaker is hand knit, and small variances in the seaming of each soaker may exist; this does NOT impact the effectiveness of your soaker.

All Other Products
You must email us before returning any product. All returns are accepted with the proper approval return number within 30 days of receipt of product. Returns received over 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You may either return, exchange, or receive store credit for all returned items (less shipping). Used or unsellable items cannot be returned for any reason, and we reserve the right to refuse any return. Returns must include all original packaging, sales receipt, and return approval number. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

If a return is due to our error, we will correct the error at our expense.
