Customer service:	Customer service was polite and fast, seller helped me pick the perfect size so we would get the most use out of the hat. Shipping was as fast as can be expected going to north eastern Canada :)
Product review:	Love, love, love this hat!! Seriously so adorable, it's a little large (but I asked for it that way, so not a complaint). And we get so many compliments when we go out. The workmanship is amazing, I couldn't have been more impressed, this mama does great work!
