Excellent! There was a storm and shipment was going to be delay, she told me right away and then it was shipped right when she stated. When I received it, it didn't seem right, so I took a picture and asked if maybe I purchased the wrong one. As it turned out it was a shipping mistake (which heck, happens), and she was going to send out the correct one next day and include a postage sticker to return the mistaken one. Correct one shipped next day and was at my door 2 days later! Mistaken one is on it's way back! I totally will buy from her again!

Heather is great. The item shipped out quickly. When I received it it was missing a bell. I emailed Heather about it and she offered to send me a new one or fix the old one. I sent back the monster and she put the bell in and added some "fluff" to him and sent him back in record time despite being practically in the throws of labor at the time! She also refunded me the cost of shipping the monster back to her and covered shipping back to me. Her level of professionalism was amazing.
