Customer service:Was really good - although I did order 3 different scents and they were packaged great - so that the smell didn't get onto the other balls however they were not labled with what scent they were and I could not tell from trying to smell them. The wool smell made them all smell the same :(. In the future it would be very helpful to label the scents if different ones are ordered.
