We have a great affinity for airplanes in our household. My husband is a K-135 pilot with the United States Air Force. I am a stay at home mom of two beautiful children. We have spent the last three years at three different bases, while my husband has been trained on three different planes, finally ending in Grand Forks, ND where he can begin truly serving our country.

While I have always sewn, my passion truly has manifested itself the last few years when I haven't seen much of my husband but a whole lot of my children. Sewing is my passion and my sanity. My children are dressed completely in hand-made clothing.

Baby blue yonder came about as another outlet for my passion. I choose the name because air travel is another passion in their family and to express my joy in making infant and childrens clothing. The family I grew up in was always very creative and artistic and this is the niche I've found for myself.
