Thank you for stopping by my page. My name is Sam, I am a mother, student, wife & I run PoshPenguinZ. My children are 2 & 12 years old. I wish I had known cloth diapers were still around when I had my oldest. But I used cloth on my youngest & fell in love with the adorable prints & the fact that I was able to save so much money & help the environment at the same time. I started sewing diapers in December 2010 for my daughter. Then I slowly started expanding to making diapers for babies of my friends. I got bit by the sewing bug in 1990 at the age of 9 years old. My grandma taught me how to make lap quilts. I tried my hand in Home Economics while in high school & enjoyed my time sewing while in school. My grandma gave me a sewing machine in 2001 & I started tinkering around with making quilts again. In 2009 while pregnant with my daughter I upgraded my machine & started making baby items for my expected little one. I really enjoy sewing & creating diapers, clothes & quilts.
