About my Buggy Covers: Deb's Buggy Covers: Handmade shopping cart covers! Fits all size shopping carts, mall strollers, park swings and high chairs. Each cover has an attached seatbelt cover, 2 toy/pacifier loops (one on seatbelt cover, other near handlebar area,) a small pocket in the front (out of baby's reach) for mommy's keys, wallet or a sippy cup, and a matching pillow. Fabric is cotton (unless otherwise noted) with quilted underside, white or off white. The elastic design makes it easy to put on cart with one hand.
