Please read info below before ordering
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Your button orders are all hand made to order by myself and my husband. Orders are created in the order in which they are received and this all depends upon the current flow of orders received during a particular week. Due to the high volume of orders we received from our Summer Sale, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the creation of your handmade buttons prior to shipment. However most buttons are shipping before this time frame and we *always* strive to get them out before our quoted time frames.
COLOR: Please note: One monitor will display color differently from another; please take this into consideration when ordering. I cannot guarantee that what you receive will have the exact colors of what you see on your screen. Also buttons are completely handmade from scratch with each order, there may be ever-so-slight design differences.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: Your order will be shipped USPS First Class both domestically and internationally with tracking. Orders are shipped in the time frame updated above.
I accept payment through Paypal ONLY.
NOTE: If payment has *not* been received within 5 days from purchase and no response or communication has been received back to work out details through emails, I will re-list your items on the 5th day, therefore essentially cancelling the sale.
Once a complete payment has been received, I will ship purchase via FIRST CLASS USPS. Once your order has been processed, created and shipped you will receive an email from PayPal with shipping confirmation for our package. Your order will be packaged in a bubble envelope, wrapped beautifully ready for your creativity!
Shipping prices are based on an estimate of cost. I will always partially refund your shipping if the excess is more than $1.00 of what it actually costs. Contact me with any questions.
If you would like shipping insurance, simply contact me and I'll re-calculate the cost for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING available. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked "other".
I don't include invoices in my packages so if you need one please let me know at the time of purchase and I will happily send you one.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will always ensure proper packaging with bubble wrap for delicate items and especially for items shipped overseas. My items are always shipped in a bubble envelope. However, if there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, or I've grossly misrepresented the item I've sold you, please contact me and I will do my very best to resolve the issue in the appropriate manner.
