All in stock items will ship within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted. Custom items can take up to two weeks to ship depending on the order in which your payment/request was received. If measurements/size/etc is not given within 72 hours of slot purchase, you will lose your place in line. I do my best to work quickly, but quality is of the utmost importance.
Exchanges are accepted in regards to cosmetic flaws based on craftsmanship. Items are non refundable but I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction. Please take measurements accurately as custom items are non-returnable.
