I have one golden rule that I follow in life and business and that is to treat anyone I come in contact with as I would wish to be treated. Unfortunately, there are times when others do not follow that rule and thus, policies have to be made. PLEASE feel free to email me with any questions about any policy if it is not clear.   • Please pay for your purchases within 24 hours of buying them from my store. If payment is not received within this time, the item will be restocked and unless I have heard from the buyer explaining why they did not pay, they will be blacklisted from future purchases.
  • Please provide me with the information I need to complete custom sized outfits! I cannot make the set if I do not know what size!
  • I reserve the right to cancel any order if the need arise. Please know this has only happened one time for a very out of the ordinary situation. If the order has been canceled by me, all money will be refunded. If the order is canceled by the buyer, the refund will be pro-rated to how much work I have already done on the set!
  • Customer satisfaction is guaranteed!! If ANYTHING does not fit right on a custom order, where you have provided me with measurements, I will redo or adjust the piece at my expense, paying for shipping for the item to be mailed back to me, corrected, and remailed back to the buyer. I cannot offer this if wrong information was given to me, if the item is a pre-made size offered in my store, or if only a general size is given to me such as "I need a size 4". When general sizes are given, I base the set on the standard pattern sizing. I will be happy to adjust the size to fit in those cases but will require that shipping be paid by the buyer UNLESS I made a MAJOR goof in my sizing advertised. (Such as listing item as a 2T and oops! It is a 12M!,,,big difference and MY mistake!)
  • All other sorts of refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. I typically will not refund for a changed mind after item is received, or decide the color is not right, etc. I take very clear pictures and give very detailed descriptions so all questions about color/pattern/etc should be asked prior to buying.
  • That being said, PLEASE know that I cannot rest until the customer has the item in hand and has let me know they are satisfied! Every item I send out is like the first time. I fret over every little detail and seam and am totally committed to YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION!! I would expect nothing less as a customer, so I will give nothing less as a seller! I appreciate ever single customer, from the $150 custom to the $15 In Stock Dress or Tee-shirt. Everyone is treated with equal respect and commitment to excellence. I love my hyenacart customers, You are all The BEST!
