Policies

Payment for items is due immediately upon checkout with your purchase unless pre-arranged with the vendor. Please contact the vendor regarding combined shipping, etc. Once you checkout with an item, it is your contract to complete the purchase. Please do not check out with an item you do not intend to pay for. This type of occurrence could result in a customer being prohibited from purchasing from us in the future.

Custom orders must have all details decided and final payment made within 5 days or the order will be cancelled.

It is our goal to always send out an item that meets or exceeds all of your expectations. However, on the chance that your purchase does not work out for you, please refer to the following guidelines:

Return Policies:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please ask any questions you have before ordering to avoid disappointment when you receive your order.

Please measure your child and/or their clothes that fit carefully before ordering. Each manufacturer is a little different, so be sure to check the individual sizing charts and measurements for your particular item. If you're not sure, ask and we'll be glad to help!

If you are not pleased with your order, we will gladly try to work out an acceptable arrangement for both parties. Each vendor will REPAIR or REPLACE items with manufacturing, or material defects for up to 30 days from date of purchase. The decision to repair or replace will be made on a case by case basis. Queries must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, and items must be in original condition as sold. We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in condition to be resold.

Sorry, but shipping charges are nonrefundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a different arrangement has been discussed and agreed upon with the vendor. Please contact the individual shop regarding your return questions.

If the item is requested to be returned, please return it to the vendor within five (5) days of contacting them. All returned items MUST be shipped with delivery confirmation. No exceptions.

All transactions occur with the original vendor only. For example, if you purchase a product from alfabette zoope, and there is a manufacturing defect, and you have returned the item within 30 days of receipt of purchase, you will receive a product in return from alfabette zoope.

Bleach destroys fabric. If bleach is obviously used on any of our items, returns will not be accepted.

There will be no returns on custom, bath and body, or personalized items.

General Policies
We will try to answer all your questions and emails in as quick a manner as possible, but please be patient if you don't hear from us right away. We are all WAHMs and sometimes our families need us more than at other times. Our jobs as mommies come first. We appreciate your understanding.

It is assumed that by making a purchase with the vendors at The Leaf Shoppe that you have read and agree to our policies.

Shipping Policies
In stock items will be shipped within 3 days via USPS Priority Mail. If you have a custom order I will let you know the shipping time on it (most custom orders will be shipped within 1 week but there are always exceptions ;) ) Please let me know if your order is a gift and you would like new packaging to be used or it to be gift wrapped.
