Because I am a person and not a machine (although that would be convenient when I'm under deadline), no two skeins will be exactly the same. Some variation in colors is normal and part of the beauty of hand-dyed items. If there is an unusual amount of variation, I will note that in the item description.

Before purchasing an in-stock knitted item or ordering a custom item, please measure the intended wearer carefully. If you are dissatisfied with an in-stock item that you purchase, please contact me within seven days of receipt for an exchange or store credit, minus the original shipping charge. Knitted items must be unworn and unwashed; yarn must be in its original form and unused. Seconds and sale items cannot be returned.

I accept returns on customs for workmanship issues only. However, if you're dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation.

I regret that I cannot reimburse return shipping costs except for items that have a defect.
