Shipping

Packages will ship within 48 hours from the time of purchase (Sundays excluded). I will ship First Class up to 13oz, Priority Mail or Parcel post, whichever is the most cost effective for your order. Delivery Confirmation numbers will be provided.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, all sales will be considered final once the item has shipped. This includes all products, including those that have not been washed or worn (even if they do not fit). Please be sure to check the size of the product before you make your final purchase.
In the event that there is a flaw in the craftsmanship that causes your diaper to not function properly, I can either repair the item, exchange the item, or return the item. These claims will be handled on a case by case basis and the action chosen will be at my own discretion. (I will do everything in my power to make you happy!) Before returning or exchanging an item, please send me a picture of the problem to be addressed so that we can discuss our options.
Please also note that I cannot guarantee the items against normal wear and tear, which may include (but is not limited to) fading, pilling, staining or thinning of the fabric.
Custom Orders Custom orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering, and work will not start until the balance is paid. Turn around time for diapers will be 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted or a different time frame is arranged between myself and the customer. *Turn around time may change without notice. If turn around time is longer than what I have listed here, I will inform you when you order your diaper.*
Care Recommendations Washing your diapers properly will help your diapers continue to work as intended. Washing routines may vary from customer to customer with the different types of washers out in the market. This is my washing routine:
1. Cold Rinse 2. Warm wash with the recommended amount of detergent for the size of the load. 3. Cold Rinse 4. Extra Rinse 5. Tumble dry on LOW or line dry. (the use of fabric softeners is highly discouraged as it will cause your diapers to repel moisture instead of absorbing it.)
*To prolong the life of your diapers, avoid stretching the elastic while the diapers are still warm out of the dryer.*
Please avoid the use of rash creams that are not approved for cloth diapers.
Prepping
I prewash absorbent fabrics before sewing, with the exception of Zorb. (Zorb cannot be prewashed.) Natural fibers and Zorb do need multiple washes before reaching their maximum absorbency. Diapers will be usable after the initial wash, but please keep in mind that they will become more absorbent with subsequent washes. If you have a All-In-One diaper with a full cotton outer layer, your diaper will be prone to wicking during the first few wears. This will eventually stop as the soaker becomes more absorbent.
Stains
Stains are easily removed or lessened by placing clean, wet diapers out to sit in the sun for about an hour.
