Oversells: Sometimes there are glitches in software and oversells happen. If this occurs, Whom ever pays first will get the diaper ,the other will be refunded or have to choose a different diaper. Shipping: All In stock items usually ship in 3-5 business days. *Custom orders*: Please allow 3-6 weeks to complete your order for fabric choices that need to be ordered, please allow 3-5 weeks after your fabric has been delivered (I will notify you when it arrives). For send your own fabric orders, please expect 3-5 weeks AFTER I have received the fabric. Returns:No returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items being sold. Non paying buyers will be blocked from further sales. If you have any problems with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me. For the first 30 days, I will cover shipping to and from to fix problems such as snaps breaking or sewing errors. I can not cover normal wear and tear on diapers. Due to the nature of some of the materials used, I cannot guarantee any fading or problems with the materials I use, as that is out of my control.
