Your satisfaction is very important. In fact, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. if you find an item to be of the wrong size or you are unhappy with it for any other reason, you may return it in new, unused, unwashed, still-packaged condition within 14 days of purchase at your shipping expense. You may receive a replacement, repair, store credit or a refund (at our discretion) upon return. Shipping will not be refunded unless the item is returned due to our error. Please carefully inspect your purchase upon receipt for order accuracy before removing tags, washing and use. Correct fit and quality inspection also needs to be completed prior to washing or wearing. In the rare event that your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you. If a return is approved, please return the item in it's original, unwashed, unused condition. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any items with a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase. The date of purchase is defined as the date payment was received for the purchase or the date the item was delivered, whichever is later. Any items in washed, worn or in used condition or with tags removed will not be accepted for return or replacement, unless the above manufacturing warranty applies. Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Your items may wear differently depending on your water, wash routine, detergents, etc... Fabric wear is not a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Care Tips for suggested practices to ensure long use. All warranties and guarantees are immediately voided by dyeing, bleaching, boraxing, boiling, using harsh stain removers, scrubbing with a toothbrush or running your items through the dishwasher. Using the Sanitary Cycle to wash your items also voids all warranties. Additionally, our warranty is not transferrable to any items purchased secondhand/not directly from Lilia Designs .
