Our goal is to make all of our customers very happy.

We will gladly refund the purchase price of any item if you are not totally happy with your purchase. (Only after every attempt to rectify the problem has been made.) The Item must be returned within 10 days of receiving it to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued until I have the item back.

Shipping costs will be paid by customer.

On Free lotteries, after 5 days of no return reply from winner a new winner will be chosen.

I do my best to ship as quickly as possible, usually 1-3 days after receiving payment. I will never take more than 5 business days to get your purchase shipped after payment is received, unless of course there is some unforseen natural disaster. I cannot ship on weekends or holidays. All blocks are shipped flat rate priority(domestic)due to the weight of the wood.

I will not guarantee delivery in time for Christmas on any orders placed after December 10th(domestic), (international orders I can place no guarantee on at all due to customs).Any domestic orders where payment was received prior to or on December 10th, that do not reach you in time for christmas, I will refund your shipping costs.

We do our best to make sure all items are totally safe, but we still strongly recommend that any item purchased to be used by children, to be used under adult supervision.

We assume no responsibility or liability for any injury or mishap caused by the use/misuse of our products.
