Refunds and Exchanges We will process a refund as long as ALL of the following requirements are met: 1. All shipping cost will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost. 2. Please let us know you need to return your item(s) within 3 days after receiving your order. 3. Returning item(s) should be returned in their original condition and original quantity. Refund will be processed within 2 days after we received the returned item(s). Shipping Orders are normally shipped once a week. Please have your PayPal address up to date as this is the address we ship to. Payment Please note orders will be delayed if paid by echeck. If you are needing your order urgently and are paying by echeck, please allow significant time for the echeck to clear. We will not ship orders out until funds have come available.
