Any questions feel free to email me. Shipping Items will be shipped within two postal business days. I print shipping through paypal but have to take it to the post office to mail. All items sold inside the US are shipped with delivery confirmation. If you would like your item insured please purchase it. I will mail items internationally, there may be an extra day delay in shipping for international orders. It all depends on if I have customs forms at home or have to run to the post office to pick them up. Refunds and Exchanges You may return any item for the full purchase price if in new unused condition. You must email me within one week of receipt per delivery confirmation date. For international items you must email me within one month of purchase. Items that are damaged, or defective, as a result of craftsmanship will try to be repaired or replaced before refunded. Please purchase insurance, items damaged or lost because of the postal services oh so gentle (notice my sarcasm here) care will not be refunded. All items are made to be machine washable, gentle cycle, cold, hang dry unless otherwise noted. I know how many germs are on the bathroom counters and floors. I would want to wash my purse.
