I accept funded or Credit Card PP only. E-check payments will require up to a week delay in start/shipping.

I ship first class or priority (depending on weight) and always include delivery confirmation for my protection. Insurance for your protection is optional and at your expense - please let me know if you'd like to add it prior to paying.

No returns are accepted except in the case of gross representation or mistakes on my part - this means if you measured incorrectly, your child had a growth spurt, your dog ate it, etc. I cannot accept returns.

Keep in mind that hand knit wool is VERY stretchy and the fit will change over time. Also please expect up to a 10-15% variation in measurements of a new flat item.

All customs require a $10 non-refundable deposit with the balance due upon completion, for which I will invoice you; please send me your PP addy when placing your order. If you prefer to pay in full in advance, please let me know and I will invoice you accordingly.

Payment is appreciated promptly upon completion - if you find yourself unable to pay, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. If I do not receive payment or arrangements for payment to be made within a reasonable time, I will offer the item up for sale.

Unless instructed otherwise upfront, all invoices will be sent to the address from which the deposit is received.

Residents of Texas are responsible for Sales tax of 8.25%.
