Payments:
I accept all forms of Paypal through the checkout process here. I also accept RME payments- but you must contact me for the address. I cannot accept personal checks or money orders at this time, for the safety of myself and my customers.

Per HC policy, all auction/drawing winners and buy-it-now purchasers are legally bound to pay for their items. Payments are expected immediately for Buy-It-Now purchases. Auction/drawing winners are expected to pay within 72 hours of auction/drawing end. Buyers will be flagged for non-payment and I reserve the right to relist my item or offer it to the next bidder (as applicable).

Shipping:
I ship via USPS only, unless other arrangements are requested and agreed upon. Packages will be shipped on weekdays only- no Saturday shipments. I do my best to have packages mailed as soon as possible once payment clears, but will always contact my customers if there is any unforeseen delay in my usual shipping time quoted in each listing.
All domestic labels are paid for through Paypal and will display your Delivery Confirmation # in the transaction.

All shipping charges are estimated in my listings to the best of my ability. Overages of more than $1 will be refunded upon label purchase. I happily combine shipping on multiple items purchased in the same 24 hour period. After that I cannot guarantee that your items will ship together.

I RECOMMEND PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE! I cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit and I can not replace these items if insurance was not purchased.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
I will ship my items anywhere in the world but ask that you contact me for an accurate shipping quote, or you will be invoiced for the remaining total after purchase. These orders will not ship until full payment is made.
All customs forms will be filled out as required under postal regulations and no alterations will be made to pricing listed or package contents. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees incurred by shipments.

Returns/Refunds:
I wish for all my customers to be satisfied with their purchases but I do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. If something is wrong with your item, I am happy to fix it- please, PLEASE, DO contact me!

Customs Payments: all payments for custom items, including deposits, are non-refundable.
