Please Note: I am not a professional seamstress. I am not a machine so there may be slight flaws in my products. I try to make every product to the best of my ability. All trades and personalized orders are final, sorry. If my products somehow fail, due to human error, NOT purpose abuse, with in 60 days of shipment, I will gladly fix the problem if it is fixable. If it is not fixable, I will either replace the item for a similar product or give you store credit. My preference. Any other concerns or questions, please contact me. Our home is a Cat, Dog, and wood stove friendly home. I do my best to make sure there are no animal’s hairs on the products, but sometimes a stray hair will be missed.
