Shipping;
All kits ship in a USPS Medium Flat Rate box. Due to the weight of the full kit this is actually the least expensive method I've found.
Relief packs are shipped in a USPS Flat Rate envelope.
I will ship no later than the next business day after payment is received for in-stock orders, unless you receive communication from me stating otherwise. I ship Monday thru Friday.
Returns;
If you are unhappy with your products, I will accept returns on un-used merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. Personalized items (babys names etc..) are not returnable.
Customs;
Payment in full is required before any custom work is started. I will send you pictures of the design for your approval before it is shipped. I will not ship until you are happy with your product. The time frame for completed customs will vary based on the design and approval from you, but is generally 1 to 2 weeks.
