Returns:
I will accept returns of unwashed, unworn items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs for in stock items only. No refunds will be given for custom items, unless the item is defective in some way. If the item is defective due to my mistake I will issue a full refund including shipping costs. I cannot refund for measurement errors for in-stock or custom items that are incorrect due to your mistake. I hope you understand. Please measure carefully before ordering.
Custom Orders:
Payment must be received in full for custom orders before any work is started. A $5.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a custom slot. If I am unable to complete your order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded.
Shipping:
In stock items ship within 48 hours of purchase with delivery confirmation to the US. I will gladly ship internationally, and to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact me for an accurate shipping quote.
