This is a brief overview of my shop policies for business conducted here at Bitty Fluff Congo.

Payments:

All payments are processed using PayPal. You can pay with any major Credit Card without an account during checkout.

Per HC policy, all auction/drawing winners and buy-it-now purchasers are legally bound to pay for their items.
Payment is due during check out or within 24 hours of invoicing, as applicable.


Shipping:

All shipping is via US Postal Service (USPS) Monday through Friday. I do not ship on Saturdays under normal circumstances.

International Customers(Outside US/CAN):
I will ship my items anywhere in the world! Please contact me for an accurate shipping quote, or you will be invoiced for any remaining costs.

Insurance/Tracking:
INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED & offered at checkout for ALL packages!

US: Tracking is always provided. Insurance is included free up to $50 for Priority Mail; but is still an add-on for all First Class.
International: Orders may be tracked via the Customs Form number provided. (Canadian orders can be tracked via Canada Post past customs.) I now offer insurance on all international packages.
I happily combine shipping on multiple items purchased in the same 24 hour period. Excess shipping charges will be refunded.


Returns/Refunds:

If you have questions or need help with ordering to ensure you receive an item suited to your needs, please contact me before purchase to help avoid the need for costly returns! If you have concerns about a clothing item's fit for your child, I am happy to discuss my specific measurements before purchase.

I wish for all my customers to be satisfied with their handmade purchases!
You may return your handmade Mommie’s Lil Peanut item within 7 days of receipt- clean, unused, and unwashed- for a full refund (shipping at buyer expense).

*If your handmade item develops a problem within 30 days of purchase, I will work to correct the issue at my expense (original purchasers only). You will be asked to pay shipping charges upfront, but will be refunded upon my receipt of your item except as outlined below. Repairs after 30 days, if possible, will be at the customer's expense.
Wash & Care guides are supplied with all my handmade products; if an item is returned for repair and the issue is due to improper care or use, you will be responsible for all expenses incurred.

*Custom Orders*: All payments for custom orders, including deposits, are non-refundable. I do not accept returns or offer exchanges for custom items under any circumstances. If your custom item is in need of repair, please read above.

*Apparel sizing issues are not considered 'defects’. I will consider exchanges at my discretion for non-custom items only. If you are concerned about fit, since babies come in all different shapes and sizes, please contact me to discuss my standard dimensions. Exchange shipping fees (if authorized) are at buyer's expense, if I was not contacted for help prior to ordering.

Uninsured packages/items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit will not be resent or refunded- insurance is recommended and offered at checkout!
