All Deposits for customs slots are non-refundable and are expect at the time the slot is reserved. In general it takes 1-2 weeks from when an item is cast-on to mailing. This time frame is from the START of an item. Items are generally started started on a first come first served basis, but some times this order may changed at my discretion.
US shoppers, please choose first class or priority shipping. Canadian shoppers you my choose first class or International. If you choose not to purchase insurance (or you are international and choose first class shipping) you are agreeing that I am not responsible for the package once it is given to the US post office. I will refund overage for international shipping.
