All items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home. All materials are pre-washed to reduce shrinkage in the final product.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Paypal and credit cards are happily accepted.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Customs must be PAID IN FULL before any work will begin. Final payment must be received within 24 hours of invoice being sent or it will be cancelled. If I cancel the invoice, I maintain the right to withhold a 10% restocking fee to cover time and charges incurred. Custom Orders are NON RETURNABLE, unless defective.
For Remix/Upcycled Pieces - **Once the remix is finished, I will show you pictures. At this time you will have the option to keep or pass. If you pass, the piece will then be offered in my store and your payment will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders to be completed. I send a picture(s) of all customs for final approval before shipping.
SYOS & SYOF- Send your own shirt/fabric - Once a shirt/fabric is sent in to be upcycled it is considered the property of MBG. If for some reason you pass on the final remix piece, your payment will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee, but I DO not refund any extra for shirts/fabric that have been used. ALL fabric not used is returned to the owner UNLESS I am told to keep it or hold it for future orders.
(DISCONTINUED) Custom Dyeing: Each piece of dyed fabric is truly OOAK. Variations in colorways are part of the dying process and not considered flaws.
WETBAGS: Our trendy wetbags are so cute no one will ever suspect what’s inside! Each bag features a stylish designer cotton fabric on the outside and waterproof PUL (polyurethane laminate) on the inside for ultimate protection against wetness. All seams are double stitched for durability and the layers are sewn together only at the zipper to prevent wicking. Each wetbag includes a coordinating handle and zipper so you can carry your stuff in style!
CLOTHING: I offer a variety of clothing styles and sizes. I use high quality cotton, bamboo and woven fabric. All seams and hems are professionally finished. Clothing should be washed and dried on warm, no bleach.
**Due to the nature of the items - Womens Dundies & Childrens Undies & Boxers are NON-RETURNABLE unless defective.
WARRANTIES: I guarantee the workmanship and materials of my items for 45 days. This applies to the original purchaser only. If something happens with your product during this time, please let me know and I will work to fix it. If something happens outside of this timeframe, please let me know. I am easy to work with and want my customers to always be 110% happy.
SHIPPING: For domestic purchases, I ship via first class mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are calculated to the best of my ability. However, if I have grossly overestimated shipping, I will refund the excess.
*Insurance is available on any order for an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are welcome! Please be advised that delivery times may be longer due to customs. Shipping for international purchases is available in each listing. If I have grossly over/underestimated international shipping, I will refund/invoice for the additional charges. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
PACKAGING: I use minimal packaging and do reuse packaging when appropriate. I use biodegradable and/or recyclable materials as much as possible.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY: Your happiness with the product is very important to me! I will accept returns if the item is defective or grossly misrepresented. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned item(s) must be unwashed/unused and in the original packaging. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the item(s).
