Return Policies

Items found to be defective or grossly misrepresented may be returned for repair or replacement, whichever applies to specific situations. Refunds will be given only if it is an obvious and serious error on my behalf.

Other Procedural Matters

Custom orders may take up to a week to complete, depending on the size of the order. In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment.

Custom knitted items may take up to three weeks to complete, depending on my current workload. I will communicate at the time of the order, as well as throughout the process if an extension is expected. In the case of YYMN, I will communicate upon receipt of yarn.

The holiday seasons can be a stressful time for all, so I will do my best to finish and ship items as quickly a possible, to make actual turn around time a matter of days.
