Sizing:

I use a standard measurements chart to determine sizing. Please measure your child's head to determine if an in-stock size will fit. If your child has particularly thick or curly hair and measures at the top of the circumference range, you may need a larger hat. Please contact me if you'd like to order a custom sized hat!

To measure your child's head circumference:

With a soft measuring tape, measure around the widest part of their head, above their eyebrows and ears.

Returns and Exchanges:

Your satisfaction is important to me! Please notify me within 3 days of receipt if you have a concern about your item so that we can work together to resolve it. If you want to return or exchange an item, you will be asked to cover the return shipping by First Class USPS mail. I will pay to ship the replacement item back to you if you are making an exchange. All returned items must be unwashed and unused, in their original condition. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Shipping:

All items and packages are inspected carefully before shipping. Delivery confirmation is included. Lost or damaged packages are not the responsibility of the seller and I recommend purchasing insurance. Your item will be shipped between 1-3 days after cleared payment. International shipping will require an additional charge depending upon destination.
