Payments
I prefer to receive payments via paypal. I also accept money orders and personal checks, however the item(s) will not be shipped for 7 business days to ensure the payment clears.
Please pay within 24 hours of purchase. If I have not received payment within 24 hours and you haven’t contacted me (via e-mail) to arrange a payment, I will restock the item(s).
Shipping
All items are shipped to the address on your paypal unless otherwise stated. Please make sure that your paypal shows the right address.
For international orders, please contact me for shipping costs.
All items are shipped the next business day.
Returns/Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is unused, unwashed and unlanolized.
I will provide a refund of your payment minus shipping.
If you are returning an item please e-mail me first, so I can expect the package.
I will refund your payment in the same way as you paid.
If you are making a size related exchange, I will do my best to provide the same yarn. If the same yarn is not available, I will provide a similar substitution.
Seconds are sold as-is. There are no refunds, warranty or exchanges on seconds.
If you return an item in a different condition than you received, I will only give a partial refund. This is fully at my discretion.
Customs
I am always happy to do customs, with my yarn or yours. Please contact me via e-mail to arrange a custom order.
All customs require a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion and before shipping.
If I do not receive the final payment within 10 days of sending the receipt, I will stock the item in my store and you will forfeit your yarn and deposit.
