Color/Design:
Please note: One monitor will display color differently from another; please take this into consideration when ordering. I cannot guarantee that what you receive will have the exact colors of what you see on your screen. Also buttons are completely handmade from scratch with each order, there may be ever-so-slight design differences.

Turn around time:
All of my buttons are made to order. However! When I create a collection, I do create several sets at once, but sometimes they sell out faster than anticipated..... and I want everyone to have a chance to have their own set! I will always keep the current turn around time (prior to shipping) noted in each listing. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you need a RUSH order. I will always work with you.

Payment:
I accept payment through Paypal. If you are ordering multiple sets of buttons, I will combine your orders and email you an invoice for your order.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped USPS 1st class for both USA and International orders.

Contact me if you would like an upgrade in shipping or if you have questions about international shipping.

Shipping time varies depending on size of order, but I strive to ship my items out as quickly as possible. If you need a rush order, please don't hesitate to let me know, I can and *will* work with you.

Your order will arrive packaged in a bubble enveloped, wrapped beautiful ready to inspire your creativity.

Refunds:
I will always ensure proper packaging with bubble wrap for delicate items and especially for items shipped overseas. My items are always shipped in a bubble envelope.

However, if there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, or I've grossly misrepresented the item I've sold you, please contact me and I will do my very best to resolve the issue in the appropriate manner.
