PLUMP Care Instructions: All my materials are pre-washed and shrunk, but you should still wash your diaper upon receipt (after trying it on to ensure it fits) to remove any sewing marks or debris. Diapers containing PUL should be dried on high heat to seal any sewing holes. Your PLUMP will get more absorbent with each subsequent wash.

You may return unused, unwashed, unworn items within 10 days of purchase. A refund will be given, less shipping. Please contact me prior to sending back any returns. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
I will stand behind my product. If you have any questions or problems, please contact me & I will do my best to resolve the issue ASAP. I will not, however, be responsible for rips or tears on any SYOF (send your own fabric) or on any diapers that have been mishandled. I will cover snap or elastic issues for 6 months after purchase free of charge, and for a nominal fee after 6 months.
