SHIPPING: Your items will be shipped within 48 business hours of payment. If for some reason there will be a delay we will contact you. We strongly urge you to purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the post office. RETURNS/EXCHANGES: First a note on color. We make every effort to represent the colors of our yarns as close to 'in real life' as possible. All monitors display colors differently. Please keep this in mind when purchasing yarn. Deuce Mamas will accept returns for unused unwashed yarns and knitted/crocheted items within 30 days. You are responsible for paying return shipping. Refunds (minus return shipping) will be given once the item is received. If there is a genuine flaw or defect of an item return shipping will be refunded as well. If you are purchasing a custom knitted or crocheted item please be aware that fit issues when knitted or crocheted to the size you requested are not considered a flaw or defect. Please measure accordingly and check sizing. We will offer sizing and measuring guidance whenever needed. CUSTOM ITEMS: When purchasing a custom slot, the customer has 7 days to finalize measurements, yarn requirements and to pay the remaining balance. The $10 deposit is only a deposit to hold the customer's spot on the customs list. Work will not be started on a custom item until the full balance is paid.
