Background, beliefs and Store Policies
I am the work at home mother of 4 lovely children ages 10-3 years old. I have been sewing for over 20 years now making clothing, toys, etc for me, my friends and my family and I have been making these items and selling them for over 5 years. They have grown in increasing popularity and continue to grow.
I believe that cloth is best for the health of my family and for our environment. I also believe that cloth diapering should not be an expensive venture and so I try to keep my prices fair. This does not have a reflection on the qulaity of my items. I do a lot of searching to find the best value on fabrics and supplies and I pass those savings along to my buyers. I will not try to sell you things you don't need just to sell them, I will be honest and fair. I do give bulk discounts on custom orders also. Contact me for more information on this.
I think that customer service is a dying art these days and I try to treat my buyers as I would want to be treated. That said I do have a few ground rules and policies for the protection of every party involved. If I have not covered something or you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. I am always willing to answer any question no matter how big or small and no question is dumb. Thank you for your support and for choosing my store.

If you have a problem with your item please e-mail me so we can work out a resolution. Please DO NOT leave feedback until you have done so. Negative and Neutral feedback should be a LAST resort when all other attempts to settle a matter have been exhausted. I am easy to work with so please do not hesitate to contact me.
Returns are accepted if the item is not as described or you just simply don't like it as long as the item has been unwashed and unused. If you are returning it due to buyer's remorse then initial shipping costs (what I paid to send it to you) is non-refundable on returns and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer with one exception; if the item is defective or being returned for repairs. If you are returning due to error on my part I will pay return and re-shipping.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt and the item(s) being returned must be postmarked within 5 days of your acceptance of delivery of the item which will be verified with the Delivery Confirmation number I attach to all shipments. If not returned within that time period refund will be denied and returned to you. You MUST e-mail for return authorization or return will be denied.
Due to the nature of the items we can not accept returns on used items, if you order the wrong size we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size. Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways for the exchange. All items must be returned Unused and Unwashed. Custom orders and Items marked Final sale will have a re-stocking fee of 20% deducted.
We do not do partial refunds for items, they must be returned for repair/replacement or refund.
We warranty the items against defects on our work (Stitching and construction) and also on Snaps for 30 days from date of receipt. If item shows abnormal wear and tear or abuse warranty will be void. Simply return the item to us and we will fix or replace the item at our discretion.
