All packages are insured at no additional cost to our customers!
First-class shipping within the U.S. is .99c for the first item and .50c for each additional item. Handling time by the post office is generally 5-7 days.
Priority shipping within the U.S. is
$6.50 for the first item and .25 for each additional item. Handling
time by the post office is generally 2-3 days.
First class shipping to Canada is $9.95
for the first item and .25 for each additional item. Handling time by the post office is generally 2 weeks or less, but can take up to 4-6 weeks.
First class shipping to All Other International Destinations is $14.95
for the first item and .25 for each additional item. Handling time by the post office is generally 2-6 weeks.
We are located in, and ship from, the U.S. We ship daily via USPS Mon-Fri. Orders are prepared for shipping within 24-48
hours of receipt.

***Note: If the length of an
amber necklace you ordered does not seem to be the best, here are a
few ideas you may find useful:
Too short - an amber necklace can be stretched up to 3/4" without affecting the look of the necklace, if the stretch is done properly. Click here for instructions on how to do this.
Too long - the length of an amber necklace can be shortened by tying an overhand knot in the strand (like tying a knot in a balloon.)
If you are unhappy
with your purchase for any reason within 30 days we are happy to take it back
and issue a refund (less shipping cost).
Please send us an email at info@IBFjewelry.com and let us know what
you are wanting to return and why. We will give you a return authorization code
to put on the package you send back to us.
Return the merchandise in our original packaging and be sure to get
delivery confirmation service so the package has tracking. When we receive your return we will issue a
refund for the merchandise you returned.
If you need to exchange something when the size you ordered is not the size you need, the way we handle this is by allowing our customer to reorder the size they need from the website. (This way, your replacement item ships right away.) Contact us for a Return Authorization Code to return the item you have. When we receive it, we will promptly issue you a refund.
**IMPORTANT** We cannot
process returns that do not have a return authorization code.

When we make a mistake
Occasionally we do make a mistake – so sorry! If you receive an incorrect item, we will get
the problem corrected immediately at no cost to you. Just send us an email including your order
number and the issue and we will get it taken care of right away!
