8 Little Coconut Store PoliciesPlease read all policies before agreeing to any purchase from 8 Little Coconuts. Great care is taken into making each and every item that is provided on this cart.
Refunds will only be given in the instance that there is an actual defect in the item received. In the instance that a item is received with a defect, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to 8 Little Coconuts. On receipt of the item, we will then promptly refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide 8 Little Coconuts with accurate measurements at the time of purchase. All items will be made according to the measurments given by the customer. 8 Little Coconuts is not reliable for any merchandise made to the customers specifications that do not fit upon arrival. Therefore it is important to send accurate measurments when purchasing custom made items.
8 Little Coconuts is not resposible for the pattern of which varigated yarn will make once knitted. Although sometimes patterning can be somewhat controled, often times it is impossible to control what hand dyed yarn will look like especially with varying sizes, patterns, shapes, etc. Returns will not be accepted as dislike of the patterning is not considered a defect.
8 Little Coconuts takes a great deal of care into each and every item made. We keep a great deal of communication with each customer during the custom process to ensure the best results. All emails will be returned within 24 hours.
