3d diapers and covers are Medium/Large in size which fits approximately 16-32 lbs with a 14-18" rise, 13-25" waist and a 7-14" thigh. Sizing by weight is approximate as every baby is shaped a bit differently. Please use the weight as a general guide and size the diaper to your baby by the measurements provided in each listing. Pocket diapers include a 2-step, 4-layer bamboo velour insert unless otherwise stated in the listing. Diaper covers will fit comfortably over fitted diapers as well as bulkier prefold diapers. I do make Preemie, NB/SM, and XL diapers and covers by custom order, so if you need one those sizes, just let me know.
