Welcome to DiscoBaby Knits. I offer unique hand dyed yarns on a variety of different bases, sure to meet all of your knitting needs. In addition I have several patterns available, and from time to time will offer hand knit soakers, shorties and longies as well as other hand knit children's items.

Payment

I accept paypal only. Items not paid for within 24 hours will be relisted

Shipping

I ship using USPS. All packages in the US include delivery confirmation. Insurance is available at an additional cost and encouraged. I am not responsible for items once they have shipped. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase please include notes in your order and I will contact you for payment.

International Shipping

Please select the International option for shipments outside of the US or Canada. Any difference greater than $1.00 will be refunded or billed as applicable.

Custom forms will be filled out as "merchandise" with the actual price of the item(s) purchased. I will not fill the customs form out as "gift" or with a price lower than what was actually paid.

Refunds and Exchanges

All unwashed, unworn and unused in-stock non-clearance items can be returned within 14 days. Please contact me before returning an item. Custom items are not returnable, please make sure all measurements are correct when you send them to me.

Clearance items can be returned unwashed and unused within two weeks of purchase for a store credit equal to the purchase price minus shipping. The credit will be issued once I receive the item back. Buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping. Cash refunds will not be issued for clearance items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am available for custom yarn dying, however, my in-stock yarn available to dye is limited. If I have to special order yarn I will request a deposit.
