Notes about stalking-
I
don't mind if you enlist help at stalking items, but I will not track down buyers. If the stalker pays for the buyer, please make sure to change the ship to address on the PayPal payment. Per PayPal policy, that is the only address I will ship to, I will not change it. The best way to deal with stalked purchases is to give the intended buyer the order # and s/he can send the total amount, including shipping to wildchildwoolies@gmail.com with the order # included in the payment in the notes to seller area, not the subject line. You do not need to wait for the automatically generated invoice from Hyena Cart. Those sometimes take several hours. Skip down a couple paragraphs here and read directions for changing your shipping options. The same process will also show you your order history with the order #s!
Also- please only stalk for people
you know. I will start flagging non-paying buyers effective
immediately. I often have more than one of a particular item available.
So for instance if the person you are stalking for has multiple people
"win" the same item and only one gets paid for, the other buyers would
unfortunately get blocked from non-payment. Sometimes things happen
(you get the wrong size for example), and I understand that, just let
me know right away. I'm
not a meanie, really! Just please know the person you are stalking for
is reliable...
Shipping/Combined shipping-
In stock
items will ship within 3 business days for US addresses, international
MAY (but not usually) take longer but no more than 1 week. US orders
will be shipped via PayPal with delivery confirmation using either
first class or priority delivery depending on the total weight/chosen
option. International orders will be shipped international first class.
Please understand customs can sometimes hold up international orders for quite
awhile. If you prefer global priority let me know and we can work that
out. All orders will be shipped to the address on the PayPal payment,
no exceptions. Shipping overpayment of more than $1 will be refunded,
underpayment of more than $1 will be invoiced (i.e., on international
shipping).
If you have discovered you have chosen the wrong shipping method you CAN change it before making the payment. Go to hyenacart.com, click on the My HC tab. From there you can choose purchases. This will show you all the wonderful things you have ever purchased on HC! Click on the specific item and once there you'll be able to choose your shipping option, leave a note for me and follow right through to the PayPal checkout.
I am more than happy to combine shipping, but it goes more quickly
if you either pay for each and I refund the difference or go ahead and
combine yourself and send the payment as above. If you're choosing
priority mail several items can ship together for that price. If you've
chosen first class each additional item adds .50 (so a 2 piece set of
tee/bottoms adds $1) to the original amount but it's often close to
priority anyway. I usually get a lot of emails on stocking days so it
may take quite awhile to hear back from me if you need me to send an
invoice. I'm more than happy to do so, just don't panic. As long as I
know what is going on I never restock anything until we have it worked
out :).
Payments-
At this time I am only accepting payments
via PayPal, both funded and non-funded. Payment is due at the time of
purchase. Any items not paid for with no communication will be
restocked, no questions asked. If you have a special circumstance
please contact me ahead of time. I am very easy to work with!
Returns/Guarantee-
I will only be accepting returns for
defective items. I will no longer accept returns because you changed
your mind, for color or size (unless it was inaccurately listed, for
instance) or because you bought too much last week, etc. Please review
measurements before purchasing and realize they can vary slightly. I
also try to accurately represent colors, but monitors will vary. If an
exact color is needed, please do not purchase because I cannot
guarantee it. In the case of a defect, if I am at fault, your return shipping cost will be
paid/refunded and the item will be be repaired or
replaced at the discretion of Wild Child Woolies. Please inspect your
purchase upon receipt and contact me immediately at wildchildwoolies@gmail.com if you find there is a problem. Workmanship
will be guaranteed for 30 days to the original purchaser. If your wild
child gets a little too wild and you need a repair beyond that time I
will do my best to take care of it free of charge but you will be
responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please
contact me PRIOR to sending ANY item(s) back, and WCW reserves the
right to refuse any return on a case by case basis.
Please understand these are handmade items. I take pride in my work.
But as we all know, handmade is different than factory made. Each piece
is unique and may not be exactly the same in size or color, for
instance as the next. If you find a flaw, please let ME know, I am more
than happy to repair or replace it if I find I am unable to repair it.
