I do allow Layaway for purchases over $30.00 (before shipping costs). My layaway policy is as follows:

You may use the "Buy Now" Button if you are going to do layaway and the item(s) that you are purchasing total is over $30 without asking first...as long as you agree to make payments as follows:

Minimum 20% down payment at time of purchase. Minimum 15% (of original purchase amount) due weekly, or 30% due biweekly.

So, if your purchase was for $100, your minimum payment plan would be:

Inital Deposit: $20.00 (balance $80.00 plus shipping)

1st week payment: Min $15.00 (balance $65.00 plus shipping)

2nd week payment: Min $15.00 (balance $40.00 plus shipping)

3rd week payment: Min $15.00 (balance $25.00 plus shipping)

4th week payment: Min $15.00 (balance $10.00 plus shipping)

5th week payment: remaining balance plus shipping costs.

I would ask, if you are able to make the payment to my funded account that you let me know so I don't incur 5 separate Paypal fees for one transaction. I don't mind paying Paypal fees, but 5 for one transaction is not fair to anyone! Agreed? Great!

Should you decided you do not want the item and would like it returned to stock, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus any fees I have incurred (eg Paypal fees if it is over 30 days since the payment that needs to be refunded has been paid).

Layaways MUST be paid within 6 months or your full deposit will be forfeit.
