The pumpkin &butter round necklace the clasp fell apart as I was putting it on my daughter for the first time. it looks like the clasp was not properly attached. The thread is to short for my to try to fix it myself. I have previously purchased a necklace prior and had no problems with it.
So is there anything your company can do for the necklace that I have that is broken before I really got to put it on my daughter. Please let me know what your procedure is and what you can do for me.

As a safety feature, the necklaces are designed to break at the clasp when a fair amount of pressure is applied to it. We do receive some defective ones that break with no pressure at all. We usually try to catch these before they go out but they occasionally slip by us. We will send you out a replacement right away and include a prepaid shipping label for you to return the broken one to us. Hope this helps!
