Premium Shop upgrade

Instead of raising prices for everyone, have an option to upgrade to be a premium shop for a cost. This could come with extra perks, such as having the photos on the front page of HC be premium shops only. (would probably help weed out the not so great ones)

I don't want costs to go up, but if they have to I'd rather it be optional.

If the point or thought is that only shops with perfect pictures are going to upgrade their accounts, I think that is naive and foolish... I far prefer the idea that photos are checked by someone from HC's team for quality before posting on the main page, than to leave it up to the guise of "premier" accounts...

I do not see this helping anything with the pictures. I store could just pay the extra fee and still have shoddy product and picture. This would be a useless feature.
