    While I would like the ability to send a feedback reminder through the admin section, I would prefer this to be semi-manual. This is brought up in another request here as well... I don't like the idea of an automatic feedback reminder, specifically for lengthy custom orders. I don't want my customer getting a feedback reminder before they have received their item- so the option to choose when such a reminder would be sent would be far preferred to a strictly automated system. So while I would appreciate a reminder system, and understand that this would undermine the idea of a "combined" reminder, I would far prefer the option of when such a reminder is sent.

I agree with Comment #1... while I would appreciate a feature like this, even if it was in any way a manual thing, I would prefer to be able to select when a notice like this was sent for basically the same reason already mentioned. I would hate to see this oddly sent when (per my policy or custom listing) my customer has not yet received their item and are already being asked for feedback.

  6. I would only like this option if you could select when the reminder gets sent or if you could customize the wording. Custom orders combined with shipping from Canada can easily take more than 30 days to arrive and I don't need the customer getting a reminder that they still haven't gotten their package(which they do know the time frame when purchasing) but then the reminder will not be there when they actually need it.
