Seun Designs Inc. covers are made to fit your baby. When designing them, I went through 8 revisions of my original pattern to get the perfect fit.

The covers were tested in 2 phases. The first group of testers was very small and the cover design was far from perfected at that point. The second testing phase involved over 30 babies testing sizes newborn, small, medium, large and extra large. The small, medium, large and extra large covers then went into production.

I noticed that some newborns fit my covers very well, but some of the smaller ones had gaping at the legs. No testers complained about leaks, however I wanted to make sure that those smaller babies had a cover that fit perfectly too, so I added gussets and a new size.

Part of the testing process was to test my size chart. All testers reported that the size chart was an accurate tool to determine the size required for their babies.

Since I began, I have added a few more sizes - medium long, short medium and medium +, which has an extra inch of room in the thigh.

I offer 2 types of covers - laminated polyester and ProCare backed cotton prints. Both are bound with high quality 1" plush foldover elastic and have size 20 snaps.

My covers are designed to fit your baby. They go around the thigh, have a dip for the belly and come up higher at the back. A great deal of thought and experimentation went into reducing common problems that people experience with covers, such as chafing on the thighs and belly and sagging at the wings.
