Hi and welcome to MertieGertie bags & such!

I am a play-at-home-mom to my 3yo son and our 3 cats. Before this I squished playdough and did finger puppets for a living (I was a preschool teacher). I enjoy/ed both immensely but find that being a momma is much more rewarding (and challenging). :D

Crafting has always been fun for me whether it's making play food, scrapbooking, watercolors, card-making, or felt board stories. I'm just so thrilled to be able to create things that we need in our family and to be able to share them with friends and with others.
